Salt and Light is the youth and young adults arm of Europe for Christ Mission. We gather on a regular basis to worship, learn, build friendships, have fun and be equipped to make a positive impact on the world around us.
ECM is a family oriented church and that is reflected in the great effort that we make within Salt and Light to ensure that people feel connected.
The meetings and events that Salt and Light holds are designed to equip youth and young adults with the tools that they need to successfully navigate the world around us. As well as building our members up in their faith we hold events such as careers seminars were we have successful professionals from a variety of backgrounds come in to share their stories and give careers advice. We hold a relationship seminar where young people are able to come and discuss and receive guidance about relationships with the opposite sex and how to navigate them in a godly and healthy way.
Salt and Light members are also given opportunities to participate in dramas, develop their leadership skills through organising events and life skills by serving in different departments in the wider church.
In Salt and Light we search for ways to impact the world around us in anyway that we can. From face painting for little children who have attended our church BBQ to organising our annual Easter drama and going on overseas mission trips to Europe and Africa. We are committed to giving voice, hands and feet to the message of Jesus Christ for the betterment of the world around us.
